About Economic Analysis Group (EAG)

The Company

Founded in 1986, EAG specializes in providing matter management software to corporate legal departments, and litigation consulting services to banks, insurance companies, securities firms and individual investors. The firm's professional staff is comprised of a mix of senior consultants, analysts, programmers, and support personnel. Together, we provide our clients with the tools and expertise necessary to help them better understand, manage, and resolve their legal matters.

Corporate Legal Software

EAG has been providing software to corporate law departments since 1988. In that time, we have gained a thorough understanding of their information needs as well as the technical and management challenges that they face.

EAG's CaseTrack software has been continually updated and enhanced to take advantage of the latest trends in technology - from DOS to Windows to the Web - and to provide our customers with a comprehensive solution to their matter management needs. Whether through integration with document management software and Microsoft Outlook, or electronic billing, CaseTrack provides corporate legal departments with a leading-edge solution.

Approximately two hundred corporate legal departments benefit daily from CaseTrack's help in building a better-organized, more effective legal department. Installations range in size from five users to several hundred, and include companies from a variety of industries: financial services, insurance, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, automotive, manufacturing, and technology.

Securities Litigation Consulting

EAG provides securities litigation consulting services to a number of the largest retail brokerage firms, banks and insurance companies in the U.S., as well as individual investors. These services include analyzing all aspects of securities transactions, preparing profit and loss analyses, and testifying at securities arbitration hearings.

EAG uses a proprietary computer system developed by our software professionals to generate a series of analytical reports. Each of these reports is easy to read and use, and, collectively, they provide all of the information necessary for our clients to understand the details of account activity. In fact, EAG's work on behalf of our clients has contributed to the successful disposition of hundreds of arbitrations, lawsuits, and class actions, as well as internal audits and regulatory proceedings.
