Electronic Billing

CaseTrack's built-in Electronic Billing Module provides the legal department with everything necessary to easily and effectively manage legal spend. It is designed to be intuitive and flexible with very little set-up time and training required to get it up and running.

As part of the electronic billing process, invoices can be pre-screened for adherence to over three dozen rules configurable by the legal department (e.g., approved timekeepers and rates, maximum billable hours in a day, missing budget). Once processed, these invoices, with any rule violations highlighted, can be accessed on-line by all necessary reviewers/approvers.
