CaseTrack's Files Module is a fully integrated records management solution which helps legal departments manage their physical files. It provides a flexible classification system and includes fields for cataloguing the content, location, and check out history of legal files. Users can generate file labels and utilize barcodes to speed up the processing of files. A variety of search options are available to quickly locate and review items of interest, and a Request File button can be used to send an e-mail request for the selected file. Retention rules can be applied to all files to help manage their disposition/deletion as well as to support the application of legal holds.
