Installation

This process is designed to be as simple as possible and to ensure that any technical issues can be resolved quickly. EAG offers on-site installation services to those clients who prefer vendor assistance during the installation. In these situations, EAG works closely with in-house technical staff during the installation process to familiarize them with the technical/operational aspects of the CaseTrack software.

EAG's technicians have experience working in a wide variety of technical environments, and include Microsoft Certified Professionals, Solution Developers, and Database Administrators for advanced troubleshooting.
