E-Billing Coordinator
EAG is currently seeking an E-Billing Coordinator who will provide on-going assistance to customers implementing electronic billing in CaseTrack - EAG's Matter Management Software for Corporate Legal Departments.Job Duties
- Manage multiple e-billing implementations from project kick-off meeting to system roll out.
- Assist with configuration of billing guidelines, approval procedures, and timekeeper set-up.
- Serve as the liaison between CaseTrack clients and their law firms.
- Conduct training courses for system users.
- Periodically update e-billing manual and other reference materials.
- Participate in e-billing RFPs and conduct demonstrations.
- Familiarity with e-billing software and practices.
- Knowledge of the LEDES file standard and UTBMS task codes.
- Prior experience working in the legal market.
- Strong interpersonal, client management and communication skills.
- Understanding of legal software applications.
- Customer service oriented.
Web Developer
EAG is currently seeking a qualified and ambitious web developer to support the expansion of our product line. The position offers the opportunity to work with the latest technology and development tools to create shrink-wrapped web applications for sale to corporations throughout the US, Canada and Europe.Duties include the design, development and testing of our software products.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing web-based applications in ASP.NET and ASP on Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS). Experience in converting classic ASP applications to ASP.NET is a plus. Key technologies include: ASP.NET, ASP, ADO, DHTML, VBScript, JavaScript, RDS, AJAX, Visual InterDev, VB.NET, Visual Basic, T-SQL, and SQL Server. Microsoft certification and knowledge of Crystal Reports and SourceSafe are a plus. Flexibility and willingness to undertake new challenges is essential.

EAG is currently seeking a sales professional who will be responsible for following up on new leads, qualifying prospects, conducting on-site and Web-based presentations, closing new accounts, and providing implementation support. Downtown Washington D.C. location.Job Duties
- Make phone calls following up on information requests
- Answer product questions
- Respond to RFPs
- Arrange product demonstrations
- Prepare price quotes
- Attend tradeshows
- Assist with initial set-up and training
- Understanding of legal software applications
- Prior experience selling to the legal market, particularly attorneys in large corporations
- Work experience in a small-company environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
