Legal Hold Management

CaseTrack offers a comprehensive solution for managing the legal hold process. The fully integrated Legal Hold Module allows you to record issuance of a legal hold, including the date it is being issued, the names of the relevant data custodians, and the notification date. You can also send automatic e-mail notifications directly from within CaseTrack. These e-mails can include an attachment which clearly sets forth the company's preservation policy with respect to both paper documents and electronically stored information. The e-mails also include a link that recipients can use to confirm receipt of the notice which is automatically recorded in CaseTrack. Built-in reports track legal hold orders issued and provide a historical record of notifications and acknowledgements.
