Training
Corporate clients have numerous training options. Classes are tailored to the skills and interest of the participants, from novices to power-users. Conducted on-site, in customer-designated training centers, hands-on classes maximize learning. EAG also offers "train-the-trainer" classes for those clients who prefer to train end-users with in-house personnel.End-users
- Training classes for end-users (e.g., attorneys, paralegals, and support staff) are designed to provide them with the skills necessary to use CaseTrack on a day-to-day basis, including navigating within the system, searching for information, entering data, and running reports.CaseTrack Administrators
- Training classes for those individuals who will serve as CaseTrack administrators provide them with the skills necessary to maintain and customize the application. Agenda items include how to add users, update lookup lists, create user-defined fields, customize the forms, archive and delete matters, and set up and maintain security profiles."Train the Trainer"
- EAG also offers "train the trainer" classes for those clients who prefer to train end-users with in-house personnel. This is an intensive two-day course intended to provide the participants with the skills necessary to teach other users how to work with the system.EAG's training organization is comprised entirely of EAG employees who are combination implementation consultants/trainers. This crossover ensures that the trainers have a thorough knowledge of both the CaseTrack software and client business needs, enabling a more practical training experience.
A CaseTrack User's Manual supplements the hands-on training classes. This manual is a professionally written and plainly worded document providing a comprehensive reference for system users, administrators and support staff.
